Delivery/Shipping & Click+Collect

1 The Kitchen, Bedroom & Furniture Store Ltd, our own vehicles deliver goods within 15 miles of our Hinckley store.
​

  • Free delivery for any product over £75.00 within a 15 mile radius of our postcode, LE10 1UB (see map above).

  • Minimum delivery charge of £75.00 for orders under £400.00 outside of the circled area on the above map.

  • If your order is in stock, we may be able offer you next day delivery.

  • Currently our own vehicles will only deliver to Leicestershire due to COVID19.

2 Courier to deliver goods throughout Leicestershire.
​

  • Standard deliveries for orders of £200 or more are free.

  • For all orders of small items and hobs up to £600, there is a £9.99 delivery charge using the courier company.

  • There is a £70.00 delivery charge for any orders of less than £200, unless your order is delivered to an address within the highlighted map above.

  • If your order is in stock, we may be able offer you next day delivery.

  • For larger items like range cookers, we recommend our two man delivery service for £100.00

  • There are a handful of postcodes we don't deliver to - mostly rural or outlying areas. Please contact us for more information.

  • We do not deliver outside of Leicestershire at this time.

3 Click+Collect

  • Payment can be made by most major credit cards. We also accept any debit card and PayPal.

  • Cheque payments can only be made by arrangement with our sales team.

  • Full payment for your products is taken when a new order is created (only applicable to non-finance purchases).

  • If you choose to pay by cheque then your order will only be processed once the cheque has been received and cleared.

  • We can provide paper invoices. We can also email an order summary to you if you have given us an email address.

4 Installation (Not currently offered)

​

We deliver between 8am and 5pm and someone must be at the delivery address to accept, sign for, and inspect the goods when we arrive. To keep our prices as competitive as possible, our standard deliveries are made by one man only. Our driver will wheel your product into an unobstructed ground floor room of your choice. As a result, we only offer our standard delivery service to ground floor properties and blocks of flats with a lift (providing the appliance will fit). Our ground floor deliveries can include a maximum of 4 steps. Please call us if this affects your order as undelivered products caused by this problem will incur a redelivery charge. Please refer to our Delivery/Shipping & Click+Collect page for a list of additional factors you need to consider when arranging delivery.

If your delivery is not to an unobstructed ground floor area, then we can provide a two-man delivery service, but at a premium of £100.00. Feel free to call us if you are unsure which delivery option to choose on (01455) 637936.
